Everything about your water, on one page

Built from your network's official analyses. No jargon: every substance is named, explained and compared with its health threshold.

  • A score out of 100

Your water's score today, and with a Puure® filter, graded from A to E.

  • Contaminants, ranked

Every substance above the health threshold, with its measured value and how many times over it is.

  • Limescale and comfort

How hard your water is, chlorine levels, and what it means for your skin, hair and appliances.

  • Your network, compared

How your water ranks against other networks, and what simply isn't measured where you live.

Legal doesn't mean risk-free

Tap water must respect legal limits, and in almost every case it does. But many of these limits are a compromise between health, cost and what can be measured. Health thresholds, published by independent bodies, set the level considered safe when you drink the water every day for a lifetime.

  • A network can be 100% compliant and still have several substances above the health threshold.
  • Each substance is assessed on its own: no limit covers the combined effect of low doses.
  • Some emerging contaminants, such as many PFAS, are only just starting to be regulated.

Example: arsenic

Legal limitSame in the UK, EU, US and Australia

Health thresholdCalifornia OEHHA public health goal

Your report shows both: what's legal, and what exceeds the health threshold.

Frequently asked questions

Is the report really free?

Yes. No payment and no account. We only ask for your email address so we can send you the report.

Is my tap water dangerous?

In almost every case, no: it meets every legal limit. The health threshold is stricter: it's the level considered risk-free when you drink the water for a lifetime. Being above it is not an immediate danger, but a risk that builds up over the years.

What if there's no data for my exact postcode?

We use the nearest measured network and say so clearly in your report, with its name and distance. Trends are reliable; exact values at your tap may differ.

How is the score calculated?

Each substance is compared with its health threshold: the further above, the more points are lost. The score out of 100 is graded A to E. The "With Puure®" score only uses removal rates measured in an accredited lab.

What do you do with my email address?

We use it to send your report, then a few tips about your water. You can unsubscribe in one click. We never sell your data.
